Summit Registration:
The registration fee is $98 and includes:
- Participation in a Field Trip (Space is limited)
- Access to all meetings
- Meeting materials
- Networking meetings
- Interactive Poster Session
- Appetizers on Tuesday, Breakfast & Lunch on Wednesday, and Breakfast on Thursday

Registration deadline is Monday, September 1, 2025.
Registrations are refundable until August 15, 2025. Day-of registrations will be accepted, and there will be an ability to pay for registration fees on-site. Day-of registrants are not guaranteed a meal.
Scholarships Available:
To limit barriers to participation, we offer scholarships for those needing financial assistance. Please note that these scholarships are limited and will be coordinated through the local AOC Advisory Committees. Reach out to your local AOC Advisory Committee for more information.
Support form deadline is Friday, August 22nd.
Poster Session:
Since September 2023, have you completed a project that warrants sharing? Do you have AOC experiences that can help others? If so, you are invited to submit an abstract for a 3’ by 4’ poster that, if accepted, will be displayed during the summit
